Wow, it’s been a minute since I’ve posted! I had a whirlwind of a month rehabbing baby squirrels, and not only did I spend most of my days feeding and caring for them, but the table where I normally do my nails was occupied by their giant cage! I’m going to try to catch up as much as I can with the blog now that they’re back at the wildlife center.
This manicure was meant to be a sexy springtime one featuring a fishnet stocking pattern. I started by painting my nails with a pale lilac toned gel polish from Belen in color NU024. I applied 3 thin coats of gel with each layer being cured for 60 seconds in a UV/LED lamp.
The fishnet pattern came from the bottom row, 3rd image from the right of the Beauty Big Bang BBBXL-005 plate.
I used black stamping polish from Beauty Big Bang to get a perfectly crisp transfer. I created a French tip look by applying the top scroll part of the image along the edges of my thumb, middle, and index fingers. The bottom part of the scroll work design was used on my index and pinky fingers to accentuate the nail art.
This manicure really does resemble the look of fishnet thigh high stockings!
Hope you enjoyed this sexy design. Happy polishing!
