Today we’re going to look at the Nicole Diary-094 stamping plate. It’s an item that I didn’t expect to love as much as I did, and it’s definitely worth the feature!
The Nicole Diary-094 plate is the standard size for circular plates. A layer of blue film covers the surface to protect it from getting scratched (don’t forget to remove and discard it before using the item), and it is packaged in a cardboard sleeve. This company leaves a circular cutout in the back of the cardboard holder that allows the user to see some of the images on the plate without having it to take it out but isn’t so big as to allow the plate to fall out of the packaging.
This plate features designs that resemble scribbles done in marker or with a dry brush effect, and they have a very hand drawn look to them. The images can be used individually, which makes them suitable for all nail sizes, and the number of combinations of patterns you can create is endless, especially when you think about changing up color palettes and layering designs!
I tested some of the patterns out with silver Ya Qin An stamping polish, and it picked up every detail, which is impressive especially because I’ve had a lot of difficulty using this particular polish for stamping in the past.
These cool images can be mixed and matched, but I chose to feature a lot of them in a patriotic manicure because of the stars and stripes on the plate.
One definitely does not have to worry about being precise when using this plate, which makes it a lot of fun to work with! The bold graphics really stand out, and I love its versatility. Every image transfers perfectly thanks to the precision etching of the plate, and I really can’t recommend it highly enough!
